Fall Back to School

I don't know about you, but my favorite season is fall. Today on my walk with Tex there was a certain crispness in the air, and I thought to myself....it is coming! I wish we lived in a place that actually experienced the real fall, but Southern California is beautiful no matter what. I cannot wait for pumpkins, apple cider, and soup. Isn't this just the best time of year?

In addition to the changing seasons, I am now back in school. My schedule is insane and I often do not get to see my husband during the week much, but I am loving everything I am studying. I want to be an elementary school teacher, and eventually a principal. So if you don't hear from me much, that is why; I am stuck in a pile of books somewhere. But I do want to take this moment to thank my AMAZING husband Bryan for being so supportive and sweet during this demanding time.

PS....I'm going to be an Auntie again!!! Tracy is pregnant :) YAY!

Summer Days

I am not usually someone who would say summer is my favorite season. And that is because of one big reason, my sensitive skin (aka heat rash central). But Bryan and I are so enjoying our summer weekends. We were just recently driving home from an Angel game with the windows down talking about how summer nights are unlike anything else. I suppose I like summer in the evening, which is when I am less likely to break out into hives :). Here are some moments from summer thus far....

Newlyweds in Old Towne Orange!

Bryan and I are SO enjoying living in Old Towne Orange and being newlyweds :) We love to have date nights each weekend....here are some photos capturing our breakfasts in the circle, lunches out, baseball games, and homemade dinners!

Double Trouble!

I just LOVE being an Auntie.....We have the most beautiful nephews ever!!! Bryan and I are so excited to share some photos of some fun moments in time with the Bower Boys! It has been amazing to see their different personalities shine through. They are BFFs!!!

Friday Fundays!

It has been some time since I last blogged. A new resolution: blog more!! So starting today I will try and make it a weekly effort. But first, I need to take more pictures so I can tell a story not only with my words but with images as well! First is first, here are some pics of my Friday “fun days” the past few months with my nephew, Luke which were some of the most amazing moments in my life, truly. It is quite magical to experience instants like that with your nephews…

With Friday “fun days” now coming to an end (but they never truly will, we will always keep dancing each week Lukey); I will perhaps initiate “Tia times” (just thought of that one :)) with the twins, Mateo and Patrick which I will document as well.

Picture above: Yes, those are shorts on his head.....I didn't have a hat and he is a little toe-head so out of protection I had to improvise! lol....he seems okay with it :)
